Starting at $1,200 || FINAL MONTH PLANNING & DAY-OF COORDINATION

• Multiple planning meetings during final month of wedding
• Provide a Month-to-Month Planning Checklist for the Bride
• Perform final ceremony and reception location walk-throughs with bride prior to wedding
• Coordination of all wedding day vendors
• Preparation of extensive wedding day timeline, including maintaining timeline on wedding day
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal
• Set up of all decor on the day of the wedding
• Assist photographer in obtaining any special request photos
• Assist DJ in announcing special events (cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc.)

Starting at $2,450 || PARTIAL PLANNING

• Multiple planning meetings during entire planning process prior to wedding
• Provide vendor recommendations & accompaniment to some vendor meetings
• Assistance with Event Design
• Act as liaison between bride and vendors during planning process
• Provide etiquette coaching & advice throughout planning process
• Preparation of extensive wedding day timeline, including maintaining timeline on wedding day
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal
• Day-Of Coordination

Starting at $4,000 || FULL PLANNING

• Unlimited planning meetings during entire planning process prior to wedding
• Provide vendor recommendations & accompaniment to all vendor meetings
• Provide unlimited assistance and advice throughout entire planning process
• Event Design
• Act as liaison between bride and vendors during planning process
• Invitation mailing & RSVP tracking
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal
• Day-Of Coordination
